Mark Singleton

Françoise Freedman

Françoise is the Founder and Director of social impact project Birthlight, Infant Aquatics and Aqua Yoga programmes. She is also an author and Medical anthropologist at Cambridge University whose trainings and teachings are inspired by time spent in the Peruvian Amazonia.

Ruth Westoby

A doctoral researcher in yoga and an Ashtanga practitioner, Ruth teaches yoga history and philosophy on workshops and teacher trainings and is authorised by Sharath Jois to teach Ashtanga level 2. She is currently completing doctoral research into gendered constructions in Sanskrit texts on yoga.

Bridget Woods Kramer

Internationally renowned yoga teacher Bridget Woods Kramer, commenced her yoga practices in India in 1975. She has concentrated on teaching yoga since 1988 and is known for her sense of humour, dynamic style of teaching and close attention to alignment detail. The Bridget Woods Kramer School of Yoga 200hr Yoga Alliance teacher training in Bali is considered to be one of the finest teacher training’s of its kind in the world.

Jason Birch & Jacqueline Hargreaves

 

In collaboration with the Hatha Yoga Project, Jason and Jacqueline are producing a documentary film that aims to bring to life the eighteenth-century yoga of the Haṭhābhyāsapaddhati. They also collaborate on the independent research hub, The Luminescent.

Susanne Lahusen

Susanne teaches Vinyasa Flow at The Life Centre, Somatics on the MA at London Contemporary Dance School, as well as experiential anatomy and sequencing on the Yogacampus Teacher Training and Yoga Therapy Diplomas. She is influenced by her background in Astanga Vinyasa yoga, Vanda Scaravelli, various somatic practices, and the rhythmic and energetic qualities of gyrokinesis, pilates and dance. Whilst respecting the unique characteristics of these disciplines, Susanne’s approach to teaching has evolved from an awareness of the elements that are fundamental to all movement.

Lisa Kaley-Isley

Lisa Kaley-Isley is a clinical psychologist, yoga teacher, IAYT certified yoga therapist, and yoga educator. Lisa draws deeply on the wisdom and practices of both yoga and psychology to provide personalised yoga therapy and to educate yoga therapists. Lisa serves as a board member, tutor, supervisor, and mentor on the Yogacampus Yoga Therapy Diploma course and is the Director of the Yogacampus Yoga Therapy Clinic, a student-training clinic providing affordable access to yoga therapy in London. She is particularly interested in the therapeutic alliance and adaption of yoga to foster mental health.

Liz Lark

Liz has been teaching yoga for 25 years. As an Artist, she draws on nature, elements, colour and visualisations. Creative mindful movement and meditation balance innovative vinyasa sequencing, bringing safe challenges to strengthen and lengthen body & mind. She has studied Yoga in Crete, India and the UK with a broad range of teachers, with Astanga Vinyasa being an early influence on her teaching. Miranda Taylor

Miranda Taylor is a mother, writer and yoga therapist working in west London. She trained as a journalist in Paris with the International Herald Tribune, went on to be the editor of two travel magazines, Traveller and Geographical, before giving up full-time office work to look after two amazing kids and train as a Yoga Therapist with Colin Dunsmuir. Miranda specializes in Vedic chanting, one to one yoga sessions to evolve students in their every day lives and working with kids of all ages in schools.
