There are two options for buying tickets:
A Weekend Ticket includes 4 Sessions each day on both Saturday 12th & Sunday 13th October 2019, from 09.30 to 17.30. Single Day Tickets are also available.

Ticket Purchase Instructions:
This is the recommended option. It allows you to choose all your sessions at once, and have easy access to your account to remind yourself of your schedule or to make any changes.
Click this link or the button above. You will be taken to our partner StudioBookings. Create an account. (BWY members do not use their BWY password. They need to create a new password).
To buy your ticket select the relevant class package in the STORE. You can use a credit or debit card. Upon payment you will receive 8 credits for a weekend ticket or 4 credits for a day ticket that you can use to individually select your preferred sessions. Don’t delay, these are allocated on a ‘First Come First Serve’ basis.
To choose your workshops click on CLASSES and you will see a Calendar. Choose one Session per time period, from ‘SESSION 1’ to ‘SESSION 4’ each day until you have all 4 or 8 booked (1 per ‘Session’; 4 on ‘Saturday’ & or 4 on ‘Sunday’).

This is the quick-buy option. You can purchase a ticket immediately via PayPal. We will contact you by email to choose your sessions, or you can send them to us sooner at firstname.lastname@example.org. Don’t delay on choosing sessions as these are all allocated on a first come first serve basis.

What does the ticket include?
A full weekend ticket includes entry to a maximum of 8 sessions (4 sessions each day). A day ticket includes entry to a maximum of 4 sessions. If you can’t attend all the sessions there is no reduction in price. Prices also include tea and some snacks. There are many places for lunch in the local area. You are also welcome to bring your own lunch to eat at the venue.
HOW DO I CHOOSE MY SESSIONS?
If you buy via StudioBookings you can choose your sessions online when you buy your ticket, either by clicking the button above or downloading the StudioBookings app. After creating your account in StudioBookings you can login in to remind yourself of your chosen sessions or make changes. If you buy via PayPal you will need to send them to us by email (email@example.com) or we will be in touch.
Earlybird discounts are available until 31st July 2019.
BWY MEMBERS DISCOUNT PRICE
If you are a BWY member you are entitled to a special discounted price for the whole weekend. In order to book it please select the package for ‘BWY members’.
Please enter your BWY membership number in the ‘Health Issue’ box in your registration form (due to limitation of the system this was the best place to keep the record). Please don’t forget to provide any important details about your health issues that the organiser should be made aware of.
Full refunds can be made until 2 months before the Festival, after which point they can only be made if there is a Waiting List. Between 8 weeks and 4 weeks before the Festival, 50% of the fee will be refunded. 1 month to 1 week before, 25% of fee paid. Unfortunately no refunds are available within 7 days of the event.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING? WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL BE PROVIDED?
Some yoga mats will be provided, but please bring your own if you have one. Please also bring any other props you would like to use, such as bolsters, meditation cushions, eye bags, blocks and straps. You will be able to read a full description of each session here as soon as they are announced. Facilitators will mention what to expect from the sessions, so for example, if the class includes meditation, you might like to bring a cushion to sit on. Please bring your own cup for tea as we will not have disposable cups at the venue.
